Day 1: Borobudur – Prambanan – Driving to Cemoro Lawang

After finished breakfast at the hotel, your driver will pick you up at 7.00 am and then visit Borobudur Temple in the morning followed by a visit to Prambanan Temple. Visits to Borobudur Temple will take place at 8.30 am (we will book tickets to go up to the temple) and finish at 10.30 am.

After that, travel to Prambanan Temple for approximately 90 minutes. After arriving in Prambanan, you have 2 hours of visiting time and the tour will end at around 2.00 am. Finished with a visit to Prambanan Temple, continue the journey to the Mount Bromo area and stay for one night.

Day 2: Mount Bromo Tour

At 3.00 am, the tour at Mount Bromo will start. The Bromo Tour Jeep driver will pick you up at the hotel and will take you to the main place to see the sunrise, namely Pananjakan. From Mount Pananjakan, you will find the best sunrise spot with views of Mount Bromo and Mount Semeru. After that, continue your trip to Mount Bromo.

This tour at Mount Bromo will last until around 8.00 am and return to the hotel to shower, have breakfast and pack. After visiting Bromo, we will continue our journey to the Banyuwangi (Ijen) area. From Bromo to Ijen it will take approximately 5 hours to travel including stopping for lunch at a local restaurant.

Day 3: Ijen Crater – Drive to Bali

Trip at Ijen Crater will start at 3.00 am. We will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Paltuding (the starting point of Ijen Crater). The climb to Ijen Crater to see the Blue Fire will take 90 minutes. Mount Ijen has a height of 2,383 meters above sea level, so prepare your stamina and body for the climb.

On Mount Ijen you can find various unique things, such as views of the lake with beautiful colors, sulfur, and blue fire which is a mainstay at the Ijen Crater. You will also find sulfur miners carrying 80 kilograms of ore in bamboo baskets on their shoulders.

Of course this will be something very unique and your first experience of touring Java. After completing the visit to the Ijen Crater, we will take you back to the hotel and check out, then drop-off to the island of Bali via Ketapang Banyuwangi Harbor. Transfer can be made to all regions of Bali.
