Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Departure from Malang

  • 11:00 PM: Pick up from Malang Train Station or your accommodation, then head toward Mount Bromo via Probolinggo.

Day 2: Bromo Sunrise Tour and Return to Malang

  • 2:00 AM: Arrive at Cemoro Lawang village and enjoy a brief coffee or tea break.
  • 3:00 AM: Embark on a thrilling Jeep ride across the sea of sand to Pananjakan Peaks (2,770 meters) for the sunrise. From 2,600 meters above sea level, you’ll take in the stunning views of Mount Bromo (2,329 meters) and Mount Semeru (3,676 meters), the tallest peak on Java.
  • 6:00 AM: Trek across the sea of sand, either on foot or horseback (approximately 1.5 km/25 minutes), before climbing the 250 steps to the top of Mount Bromo’s crater. After exploring the crater, return to the Jeep and head back to Cemoro Lawang village.
  • 10:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast at a local restaurant with views of Bromo. Take a short break before returning to Malang.
